Business Development Manager

Sitecast is seeking a talented Business Development Manager to create, develop, and maintain relationships with our technology partners.

The ideal candidate will be highly organized and focused on deliverables with proven success uncovering and closing deals. They are analytical, tenacious, customer-focused, and creative. This person must be able to work at both a strategic level (generating new ideas to improve business growth and partner relations) and at the tactical level (executing campaigns, analyzing sales data, and solving problems). Our environment is fast-paced and requires a candidate who thrives in ambiguity.

Key Responsibilities

Design and execute sales strategies and programs to acquire new customers.

Plan, develop, and execute conversion funnels and on-boarding strategies which deliver strong ROI and optimize the customer experience.

Create engaging programs, content, and strategies to drive loyalty, repeat business, and additional upsells.

Create and present high-quality documents and presentations to senior leadership both inside and outside the company.

Manage strategic vendor relationships and drive acquisition and engagement of key customer segments.

Create and accomplish short-term and long-term sales goals.

Preferred Qualifications

Sales experience in a fast-moving tech-savvy business.

Strong understanding of the Sitecast ecosystem, sales & marketing channels (e.g. direct, social media, display, affiliate, e-mail, newsletter, SEM, SEO), customer segmentation, and database marketing methods.

Hire and develop great people to work with you.

Ability to manage multiple, competing priorities, and thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth industry environment.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills as well as collaboration skills which enable you to earn trust at all levels.

Proficiency with HTML, plus the ability to learn our in-house software quickly.
